No increase to joint agency fee's
1% commission is chargeable across the board, regardless of the asking price. You may be aware that it is the norm for estate agents to increase their fees when instructed as joint agents - ours will remain at just 1%.
House Doctor Service
We don’t just value your property, we fully appraise it! Our appraisal includes a market comparable report, valuation and recommended sale price and a house doctor feedback form detailing elements for your consideration such as minor refurbishment and cosmetic enhancement.
